Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped based on the timelines provided by the suppliers listed below.

Order Shipment

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@terrasseluxe.com

Lloyd Flanders

Shipping is free for all United States Lower 48.

Orders usually ship within 5 weeks and include free curb-side delivery with the purchase of any Lloyd Flanders products. All orders are shipped via ABFS from Lloyd Flanders's warehouse located at 3010 10th St, Menominee, MI 49858, USA.

Kannoa

Stock items are delivered within 3 weeks, while backordered items may take up to 8 weeks.

Free curb-side delivery is included with all Kannoa purchases. All orders are shipped via Elite Anywhere from Kannoa's warehouse located at 7300 NW 35 ave Miami, FL, 33147, USA.

Barlow Tyrie

Most Barlow Tyrie pieces are in stock and typically ship within 1–2 weeks, while cushioned items ship in 5–6 weeks and other selections within 4–10 weeks.
